The following steps should be followed for event/outings for the FNC
1. Check the online calendar and make sure there are no other events scheduled on the date you wish to organize your event.
2. Fill out form and submit it. Once you submit the form it will be sent automatically to the executive.
3. The event must be approved by the executive for insurance purposes ASAP. The organizer will receive a response by email to inform them if the event has been approve or rejected.
All fields must be completed to submit the form.
